Bad vibes

My gosh! In a very short time, this has become such a toxic place that even those with whom it was previously a pleasure to work with began to spread terribly bad vibes.
There's too much nervousness here already, and I'm afraid it's going to get worse.

Agree that the environment became toxic due to many people, mostly protected old timers (Directors and above) who have nowhere to go or get paid even half of what they make here thanks to their connections and loyalty. On the other hand, there are successful VPs and Sr Directors, those who people honestly admired, who already started leaving

Forget about bad vibes, forget about working. Get your resume out there circulating and find another job. You think it's a bad vibe cause people are worried and they have families and bills to pay. There focus has changed from being nice at work and concentrating on work to "I need to find another job quick!"

at the end of the day, it sucks to know that not if, but when you will be let go. some people come here to vent and let that out since they can't do that on slack or teams or freely at work. if you know them personally, i would just let them lash out while they can. if you don't know them, just let them bi--h because they will probably be gone soon anyways.

Bad vibes or not the facts are facts. Majority of us will be gone soon.

People are just here to get check now while looking for another job. Might as well take advantage because in 5-6 months we are out
