Culpable called in all of his top executives one day and assembled them around a large table.
LC said, “ I am cutting costs to the tune of $1 billion across all of GE and I want each of you to write down your ideas to reduce waste and lean this company out!”
Each exec then proceeded to furiously write down their ideas except one who sat there leaned back in his chair and feet propped up on the table.
LC said loudly, “Stokes! Why are you just sitting there doing nothing ! Don’t you have any ideas?”
RS simply replied, “ I am waiting for my secretary .”

A few of our engineers had to fix a moving stairway today at HQ. The motors they installed were too strong. It escalated very quickly.
