I know first hand it stinks to work in Technology, as I've been dealing with this misery for 7 years. We have a ton of open positions because people keep leaving. Now a bunch of VPs and SVPs (the good ones) have resigned?!? Bella, Vin and Andy are destroying this place.

yeah, get out of RJ! I left last year and make 30% more and work with nice people in Tampa. Vin lost control of the IT after that one SVP left in 2020.
Hold on for 6 more months if you can. Paul promised to really help with inflation then.
Get out while you can. Those people will suck the life out of you.
Sage advice. IT people are leaving because it’s such a hot IT job market. If you’re unhappy, skilled and talented, nothing is stopping you from moving on.
Why don't you leave (like they are) and go somewhere else where you can get paid fairly and have better benefits?
