Is there any indication we might be looking at more layoffs in the near future?

There are people who have agreed to a payoff-layoff in September, so maybe that fits the story?
If it happens it will likely be between now and October. In may/June I heard rumblings about a June and September RIF. I think June's took place in July. We'll have to wait and see about September
