From what it seems to me, it can only get worse here. The atmosphere is very tense and I would prefer to find a new job before they show me the door. But what interests me is whether moving to a smaller company or a startup is risky?
I am too tired of this place, but some still try to dissuade me from moving to a company with less than 25 employees. I would appreciate it if someone could share their experience.
It's the same or worse at small ones too. All implementing and doing the same cr-p and integrating same cr-p systems with zero privacy and lots of shady things. Using shady small tech as a cover for real issues. Azure, DevOps, Google and microservices and APIs may sound good online and in college but deception galore
