Of course I'm losing motivation when I am expected to do work for 10 people while managers almost never have any presence on the floor. What do they even do in their offices? Nothing? I don't think the manager's job gets any "easier" than here at Lowe's.

And that huddle..I cant fake it anymore..I just dont care. We would rather gorge on mcmuffins behind locked doors. Oh, and those real important conference calls?
Sometimes there's no call..we just sit around the phone and talk sh-t about the CSAs. Lowes mgmt is gonna make dat money and watch you people earn it for us. Now go get that code 50 in the rain. Earn those 10s!!
