2U has become a company where most employees are waiting to be paid to leave. Morale is almost zero. Almost everyone I spoke to told me that the severance pay is now the only thing that is still keeping them here for a while longer. Isn't that a bit sad? How much do you care about keeping your job here?

Heard it’s 1 week plus two weeks pay for every year worked.
Does anyone know what the severance package is?
I want to quit so badly at this point, but I don’t want to leave a severance on the table. Definitely doing the “quiet quit” and already working on the job hunt.
