Heard that YA is leaving today...another SVP gone. Think they'll replace with another mck 'expert'?

Making her a SVP was a huge mistake - nice woman but not a leader. I think she is a good data scientist. Wish her the best of luck.
Wow, 53 downvotes for my post (which was a copy paste from linked-in.lol. Looks like everyone hated the then CEO and the glorified exec-assistant… but we still continued to keep quiet..
So many leaving that HR can’t keep up with exit interviews.
No bitter feelings at all.
Her story is a perfect example of what you become when you come in as a promising young professional, but completely rot from the inside and turn into an a-s-kissing machine, a pathetic parody to yourself
” you are an amazing leader and you continue to leave your mark on teams and entire companies. You make teams better, you help leaders be better and you are amazingly humble about it. Cannot wait to see what you will accomplish next. Your new team might not even realize how lucky they are to have you join them. Thank you for everything you have done for us over the years!”
YA was just a glorified assistant. She didn't have any skills other than telling people what to do (poorly), then taking credit for it.
If only it was HA, DS or RG instead. AY did nothing for years.
Do you think they knew that they were on the rif list before OR saved them? The day before notification OR removed her from the list.
DEI score will suffer
She is gone. No great loss.
OR promoted her even though she didn’t have anything to bring to the table. Did a bunch of future of work BS stuff
YA are her first and last initials. If ot still doesn't ring a bell for you, you should probably not care anyway, you may be too removed from the problem.
YA? Or AY Can you give more hints to this recently exited employee?
