If you go in to any Lowe's around Baltimore, they are just a disaster. When you listen to the employees, if you can find one, all they do is b!tch and moan about how miserable they are. I do business all around Baltimore, but each store has the same theme. They are all nasty dirty, can't easily shop the aisles, and getting a flat cart or a cart for lumber is literally like trying to find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. I did here in a couple of the stores how some DM comes in and doesn't know their a$$ from a ho-e in the wall. When you have leadership like that, no wonder these stores all look the same...like cr-p. The only reason I go in these cr---y stores is due to location of jobs. I like going to HD or 84 Lumber over Lowe's any day.

White Marsh is the worst. Old timers replaced with children who know nothing about the product. Too many youngsters have no work ethic. But WM management continue to hire them, put up with them never showing up on weekends and then bi--h at the people who do show up to work. Get rid of Marty.
It's all what you make of it, if you don't like it you can always go somewhere else.

Their intent is to tighten the screws of misery until every FT employee quits.
I think that's every lowes now. Ellison and McFarland ruined this company.
