If I were the leader of this company, I would honestly worry about the fact that so many people are leaving. What do you think, do they:
- cannot afford good benefits
- simply refuse to try to retain good employees?

They don't care.
It's actually 5 years since they acquired arris and they still not mapped pay grades/ job titles.
How the he-l is head of HR allowed to get away with this and receive their little neat egg???
Award for worst organisation or communication has to be HR and company as a whole.
CommScope does not care about customers. They prove that by not caring about employees, knowing they'll leave and that it will be difficult and more costly to replace them.
It's been three and a half years since CommScope acquired ARRIS and they've still not mapped ARRIS employees into the CommScope benefits (pay, bonus). The pay / bonus gap is shockingly large. You can have the same job title as your peer, but receive a significantly lower raise/bonus if you are still mapped to the ARRIS grade. Senior management doesn't care. When repeatedly asked about this, they shrug their shoulders and say "we did our part and we're waiting for HR to do theirs". Sure, they're taken care of and don't care either as long as they get what they need.
The burden falls on line managers. I've just lost another team member and yes, I'm mad as He-l about it.
(good or bad)
