so I guess the teams who experienced heavy layoffs have bene told they're "done" while the rest of us sit here and work for "x" amount of time? this is a joke, cruel and disrespectful. "Free to Degree" isn't about creating opportunities, it's about sales. As someone whose had several (mostly) well intentioned managers over the last year. I'm tired and disheartened.
