Intel RSUs are dead weight.
You project those out into the future vs the competitors and it’s no contest.
Every person I know who was hired away (mostly RCG), salary was somewhat comparable, but the benefits package - stocks included - were much better.
and you have time to post here. yeah right...
Intel pays peanuts and they constant strike fear among their employees with layoffs.
Don't forget the aweful leadership.
I joined Apple, doubled my pay and no fear of layoffs.
