Today's meeting wasn't used as a means to set anyone's mind at ease regarding their future employment with the company. This is not Chip's concern. His concern is to persuade adoption of the new platform structure amongst shareholders and current & future partners. Again, he does NOT care about his employees. Caring about your employees does not make you a millionaire. Just like politicians do NOT care about their constituents, until it's time for re-election.
