I think it’s time companies reduce stock buy backs and executive compensation prior to conducting any sort of layoffs of average people trying to make a living. This movement is going to further the wealth divide and people will revolt. Corporate greed needs to end

Come on. Agree there is greed but if employees do not have sufficient work or not making money for the corporation what is wrong with layoffs?
