Did anyone in the meeting open the chat and check out all the sycophants? Pretty sick sh1t. If I'm going to wh0re myself for a company, it's going to be a company that "gives a damn" about their people.
“Change is hard” - gtfo sir. What a waste that meeting was.
I see his kept his PR team!!
It's been pretty evident over the past couple of years that while Chip touts a "we're all family" motto he's solely focused on how much money he can make.
People making millions of dollars off of their employees definitely don't care at all about their employee's wellbeing, quality of life, or job security. As evidenced by his refusal to give yearly cost of living increases, and still taking a yearly bonus as the owner of the company.
He owns a multimillion dollar home, and multimillion dollar company, but whined and complained about people needing two jobs to make ends meet. He's so far removed from reality it's absurd.
Chip isn't the bad guy here. Chip started a company that has over the years brought him money...isn't that the whole point of being an entrepreuner and starting a company?
Will Chip cry?...Dunno.
Chip has cried lots in the past, but there seems to be a change mantra around him as of late. I would love to see it, but I think he is at a point where he has come to terms with all of this over the past few months so has had his moment.
I'll take the under.
