I promise that the senior leadership will go on an extended holiday, buy some new toys and then starting next year will slowly reemerge throughout the industry. People at the top look after their own. It’s the everyday workers who struggle and have to sweat out these transitions.

Everyone is moving on. The axhole executives got paid, the regular employees got scr3wed, and the corporate circle of life begins anew. Hopefully none of the top executives ever holds a leadership position in a public company ever again.
