All what this survey does is dispatch the district team to “disengaged” stores. With them they bring 5 or 6 salaried managers with them to run the store and “talk” to the associates while your managers get three days in the training room to come out with only two words, trust and respect. The outside managers always get the most information from the worst, lazy associates and suggest to your management team they need to make these folks feel special. I’m talking about the ones that are always late, take long lunches, always an excuse why they can’t do any work and always seem to be on light duty. Bear and Tiffany, I’m talking to you.

Survey being anonymous is just another lowes lie. If its sent to your email..they trace it back to you. Yrs ago I said some pretty scathing remarks and they sked me 10 in a row. They can't handle the truth. Dont wait on the union calvary..just leave.

I say everyone should put this in the comments. Let the firm that aggregates the survey results see that "unionizing" is common among the employees

They don't care what you say. It's all about participation numbers now, it used to be voluntary, now they call you by name to come take it. And besides all the years I been there, haven't seen any improvements other than lining management pockets. They ditch all the bad comments and bolster all the good ones. There's nobody in the right mind who enjoys working here, we all know this place is a garbage company now. You can read about blowes all over and see how bad it sucks now, you dont need a pathetic survey to tell anyone that. I'm sure they are going to fudge it likes it's the best place ever to work. Nothing will change til Marv and Joe is gone.

blowes is collapsing. They cant even afford to run the a/c now. Next they will shut off the lights and hand out flashlights at the door.

Just make sure the raise is truly meaningful because union dues will impact the raise.
