NewRez/Caliber Closing Arizona Operations

Was on a call this morning and notified that NewRez/Caliber is closing down the entire Arizona operations. This was done via a conference call, not Zoom. Call lasted about 8 minutes.

Was impacted by this $hut$how on Wednesday. I was on Newrez side and this is the most unethical companies I have ever worked for.

I'm currently in the process of closing on a home. In the past 24 hours. I've been reassigned to 4 different loan consultants as they keep getting "let go". I cannot imagine what's going on.

It's legit. At least 12 branches closing in California, all retail presence for Caliber Home Loans in Arizona has been eliminated.
