I stopped expecting any improvement here. Complaining will get me nowhere, so I'm mostly focused on looking for a new job and I hope I'll find it before they lay me off. The problem is that I have been looking for better options for a very long time. There are simply too many people applying for the same positions, the competition is huge and I still haven't managed to get a good offer. Anyone got some insight?
