If you leave before the end of the year do you forfeit your whole AIP or do they prorate it?

Today’s results say no AIP
In US you forfiet it
Theoretically, it should be prorated. Managers can select from 0-120% based on your performance. If you are a great performer but leave before the payout you are a deemed bad performer (0% payout) and your portion of supposed payout is paid to another bad performer who stayed. Amazing how things work in US.
HW sued us (and won big time) to get his AIP prorated payout as Germany has different rules.
If you leave the pay period before your bonus next year you forfeit it
You forfeit it.
