I heard that by Oct 1st the only service RIcoh direct is retaining is Production print. Most will find out by the end of August.
Anyone else hear this information?

I heard ricoh is launching an MFP with an automated shovel so it can bury itself in the middle of the woods. It’s powered on butterscotch candies so it has a zero carbon footprint.
Anything more on this?
Heard this is in full swing. Massive tech movement to dealers coming by March 31st. Makes sense that no employees are being told anything. Buckle up….
Anything new on this?
Since the beginning of pandemic in 2020, a lot of my Ricoh direct sales colleagues moved to either on site legal document services or on site production or got laid off.
Maybe Ricoh is absorbing Xerox's Production portfolio?

I heard the same rumor but did not hear a date.
Just sitting in the parking lot
Would n’t be the first time ricoh floated a rumor deuce downstream early only to actually follow through or partially at later date.
This probably wouldn't shock anyone, but the fact that it's in the middle of the fiscal year has me skeptical.
What is your source of this information?
No, but I also left a couple of years ago. Would not surprise me as more and more of these companies are sending their customers to dealers.
