We will go from 9 to at least 12-14 DLs in my state - all but 1 are pharmacist and all but 1 emerging leaders are pharmacists. There will be a lot of pharmacists not using what they went to school for on a daily basis . Will they be happy ? Will they be looking for other jobs ?

Making more $$$ and getting out from the understaffed box in pharmacy is an upgrade.
So the op wonders what the rphs will think about being over fs only .
As long as they have the opportunity to take a dump and managers they will be perfectly happy.
