Michael Nierenberg, ceo of new rez is a sick and sorry piece of garbage of a human being. His earnings call made me want that throw up. He literally said we are not important and he’s not going to keep a unit that’s not making profits for stock holders…then slammed his notes down and turned the page…tone of rage… I understand need for layoffs, but with zero correspondence from middle management…and illogically letting people go without even investigating the reason? I mean really? I would recommend that any stock holder or person still working at this evil company re-think their moral compass and either remove any investments from new rez or rithm capital or quit and find a more ethical and non corrupt company/ceo. A lot of the other executives seem to be just duds as well with zero knowledge besides being born with rich families…stockholders please re think these position holders and remove them from power asap or they will continue to run this company into the ground with their toxic, lazy, and egotistical ways. Get someone in there that can value employees and treat them as people if layoffs are required. I feel as though I had zero value under new rez. New rez is now rithm capital re branding? Really? What a joke…please don’t fall for this.

I hope they all used up their PTO - New Rez won't pay up for unused PTO when they lay you off since Arizona law doesn't require them to. Just heard New Rez CEO passing himself on the back during the recent earnings call for reducing Caliber headcount from 13,500 to 7800. New Rez is the devil

Good luck. No matter how much you prepare for something like this, it still ends up being a shock.
