Thoughts on what Lorenzo and Co. learned in 5 yrs with Baker

O&G is built, run, and managed by people who face obstacles head on.

It doesn't matter what school, race, religion, creed, gender, how you speak, or what suit you wear.

They kept looking for image above substance. MO: find the best sounding, most gender diverse, Boston grad or Italian nepotist to rotate out just when they'd realize the job requires one thing they don't care to possess, grit.

In that spirit, split the company, let us salvage an institution and rebuild. The people you'd invite to the Hamptons aren't the ones you need fishing the toolstring. Blackrock and Vanguard are seeking the nonsense to stop. Ciao bella.
