Newest policy is 5 days from date of symptoms. You’ll be paid under TTO. Store manager has to approve the leave and submit it. It won’t be your own personal time/ sick. Lowes pays it

Vaccination status has nothing to do with it. Plus that's illegal to discriminate.
You simply just get paid the sps
You get paid for the 7 , 10 or 14 days off. Only if you are vaccinated. I got my paid 14 day vacation back in 2020. If you are not vaccinated you have to use your sick time
