Not when it comes to larger corporations. In my three decades of working for various large companies, I've never found one that had a good company culture. Changing companies hoping to find one with decent culture is like tilting at windmills. You're chasing something that doesn't exist. I'm not trying to justify Citrix or tell people not to leave, I just want to let you know what to expect.

Citrix had a non-toxic culture years ago. While this wasn't the one thing that ended it, Templeton leaving was the end of that great work culture. By then, there were too many acquisitions and VP/Execs brought in from the outside that ki---d that culture. You used to be able to innovative at Citrix...now many are doing the work of 3 people and aren't given the time to innovate.
The company culture becomes really toxic when the growth slows down. It is not only Citrix problem.
Yah idk about all these negative reviews. Citrix is literally the best company I’ve ever worked at
Citrix can’t be beat.
