Too many reorgs here. I understand that they are sometimes necessary because the company tries to keep up with the pace of change.
However, it is questionable whether the reorgs here are successful at all, and how much real damage do they cause to this company?

How bout we reorg the C-Suite.....that approach would likely do wonders
Reorg...It's what you do if you can't run a company properly, but need to look and feel important.
The trouble is, you can only do it so many times before you get rumbled.
Are they reorgs, or just a rename/change in title? Let be honest? Oh and telling our customers that we have recently had a reorg is a genius idea? What makes you think they are vaguely interested or care if a service company reorganizes itself internally, except when they announce it every quarter!
They are done mainly to help executives maintain jobs and keep upper management relevant. Other than that, they indicate a slowly decaying company
