How about opening another Botox center on campus and throw on a plastic surgery center.

HR is corrupt!
I’m not surprised. This company has been on the wrong side of so many issues. They donated $50k to try to prevent medical ca--abis from passing and had a whole group of people regurgitating the same BS that we have all heard for the last 40 years. How many incidents have you had now that is passed huh? Zero!! They donated this money before they went bankrupt and then when they come out of bankruptcy they donated 5M to another Country? I remember when the newsletter came out talking about that like we had done something great. And that’s why I do the bare minimum to get my paycheck. They only support me and my needs through payment for my time.
Let this sink in. Your CEO donated 5 million to a another country but won’t rub two pennies together for woman’s rights. That should tell you all you need to know about this company.

In reality we couldn’t care less about this millenialist BS.
For starters we will pay you less than your male counterparts. Unless we do not have enough females in leadership roles in which case we will promote you into those roles but still pay you less than your male counterpart. We have a couple of roles reserved just for females so we can say that we are diversified. Next we will expect that you just do your job and keep your mouth shut. We don’t like woman running their mouth and telling us men how we need to operate. Hence why we only have a couple of roles for female VPs.
Ha. Nothing. HR is the most corrupt organization in the whole company.
