Macys IT Layoffs

I heard lot of NonH(5-4) people got laid off in COVID19. Not based on talent and just based on Bisa type. Rest of the teams got 30 % hikes. is it going to happen same thing again?
Most of the IT is in John’s Creek GA. Some are still around in NYC and other locations. A lot of Project Management working from home that are contractors or with MTech. Nowhere near the organization it used to be.
they still got IT left?
