I do too much work but I wouldn't mind if only TD was a little less toxic place. There used to be a much healthier atmosphere here. How did this place become so toxic?

Reach out to someone at TD who can be uplifting and stay away from the complainers. The best medicine is surrounding yourself with more positive colleagues. Feel free to vent with them as we all have challenges but seek out people who are not always “the sky is falling”.

There is a small group of mainly ELT members like KCC, HA, and NC driving the culture into the ditch and trying to force non-traditional viewpoints and social experiments on all of us. There is also so much blaming and back-stabbing since our results suck and nobody wants to accept responsibility. SM is not strong enough or experienced enough to lead us through this. I'm leaving as soon as I can since the light at the end of the tunnel is a freight train.
