I really need this job. If it wasn't for my children, I would be leaving immediately.
My manager's behavior towards us is really terrible. Some of my friends don't believe me when I tell them what kind of torture we suffer on a daily basis.
Are we as employees completely unprotected from such managers, that is, is there any solution to this problem other than leaving this place forever?

The BOH manager in our store screams at and threatens all of the people in fulfillment, receiving and signing. You cannot approach her without her screaming about something. She is not willing to answer questions or put vacation requests or help in any way.
She makes the fulfillment people print out shipping labels as soon as the item is picked. The merchandise then sits in limbo for days before actually shipping.
About a month ago she threatened my job and I had enough. I looked her in the eye and told her where she could shove this job. I walked out, walked down to the other end of the mall and applied at Target. They hired me three days later and are paying me 17. 00 an hour with better benefits.

But remember when reporting have specific information with times and dates and not general information.
What exactly is the torture? Just do an anonymous report on the manager on compliance connections and they will get fixed up real quick.
