My store never did training on floor for this program. So now starting next week who ever is scheduled in selling floor support will put out the new good out on main floor which consist of mens and rtw 1. I told my people leader I am not training anyone and that I am not going back to fix any of the floors that they do. The colleagues can’t even put fitting room back in the right department. Thanks macys the stores are starting to look like crazy. Target and kohls look better than macys

In all fairness, aren't "people leaders" supposed to oversee the training of new hires- why is that also being put on the backs of us who are dealing with everything else out on the selling floor and behind the scenes?
I am afraid someone may ask me to train someone. With everything I do all I hope they could keep up..set sale . markdowns..put out new goods,, remerchandise to be able to put out new goods..move said markdowns and do all the visual...all in the same day..bring your roller skates
