TDP Associate tips?

Joining soon as a TDP associate and wanted to know what tips you got, how to secure a software engineer position after the program, etc... or should just go apply to some other company after I finish the TDP program lol

Think salesman/realturd home "agent"--they are all shysters. An absolute facade. Do the "internship" then bail. And DTA. Don't trust anyone at that trash can

Take this as an internship experience and go somewhere else. Seen a few TDPs treated well with kid gloves. As soon as these TDPs were hired on as regular employees, they're treated like absolute dirt by toxic, incompetent management. Don't buy into the niceties, and all the training you're getting; it's all a façade.

The team members that believe this are the same people who think MSM is honest reporting

Well considering you can't form a proper sentence you'll fit right in. Further assuming after a glorified internship to be given an engineer position, which undoubtedly must be granted given your superb written skills, you will be rewarded accordingly. Or you can do what most TDP a-s-o-ciates don't do, shut up, learn, ask questions, and no one gives a rats a-s about you beyond shut the he-l up and don't f*ck up what we asked you to do.
