I put in more effort here than I have in any other company I’ve worked for before, but it's almost not worth it in my case. I am disappointed and think more and more about leaving.
The solution is not to get stuck here and work the bare minimum. I hope there are those who can say that their hard work has paid off for them?

Nope! They cut the .org QE team after everyone worked their as--s off. I am sure the leaders felt proud of themselves for doing them a dirty
I quit and found myself a better place to work.
Work hard for yourself, bare minimum for others…
