Does anyone know what kind of transition packages they give. I’ve read about the STAY RSUS but not what those who are in transition were offered

The transition bonus is basically (almost) 50% of your transition time. If they say “we need you for 6 months” you will receive 12 weeks at the end of the transition assignment (or if they cut you earlier then 6 months). You will also receive your severance amount too. If they need you for 3 months, you would receive 6 weeks. The transition bonus is calculated off of your current base salary only (no bonus or commissions). People being offered 1 year transition would receive 24 weeks plus severance at the end of the “transition”.
