The Regionals they have now do nothing to benefit the business and they are layering on more wasted payroll ? They should be eliminating the useless Regionals.
They've been talking potential small store strategy for over a year in conjunction with expanding online sales. Regional Fulfillment Manager would fit right in with this strategy.
I am aware of a new Regional FM who will be based in a decent store that is definitely not closing. Really good person in the role. As far as Small Store Strategy first time hearing of it.
