A Google search of this UP shop in Palestine indicates it is "Permanently Closed". There is no news about this and think it might me a mistake. Does anyone know the current status of the shop?

Union Pacific filed the appeal in the twelfth court 06/02/23.
Even though the state judge ruled in favor of they city UP can still shut it down. Yes they will have to pay a fine, but IT CAN BE SHUT DOWN and I’m sure it will. Just a matter of time.
As of 5/16/2023 the state Judge rule in favor of the the city,county and the workers . Federal law doesn't override State law so the whole federal Judge ruling is mute.
It’s still open for now. The 5th circuit of appeals just affirmed federal preemption saying Union Pacific is free to leave. This was as of July 2022.
