Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

OMG, another reorg

I can't take the reorgs anymore.

One guy shows up, reorgs the place. That lasts for at most 2 years. Then the manager moves on to a new job at another company and leaves a big mess in his wake.

It's like living in a blender.

bkr should have pulled everything out of aberdeen when they shut down drilling services due to complete incompetence by management. drilling dept lost all their work and going down the toiiet rapidly. biggest mess you just had to laugh at.

Same old story at Baker. So much effort and resources with these reorganizations instead of focusing on DOING their jobs to their customer.

Baker Hughes WAS a great company some time ago. No one knows WTF they’re doing over there.

My Hands are seriously tied at BH, there is virtually no CapEx available, I’ve get orders from the U.S which I need to implement here in the U.K.
People are leaving to go elsewhere and sometimes I feel like getting through a day is a real struggle on top of being told to do another re-org which is well under way.

We are the Masters of reorg. It's the best way to keep the really guilty geniuses from getting canned for their sc--w-ups!

Just continue our best practices of finding scapegoats instead of identifying the root cause for failures and we will keep getting the same OUTSTANDING RESULTS our shareholders have been enjoying!

Yes, it’s crazy but even worse now as so much equipment has been scrapped earlier this year. Everyday at the moment is a struggle to load out jobs.
