I like how they change is ism program on a daily basis. Before was follow the task you where assigned on the bulletin board. Now is everyone is going to receipts and recover as a team. My store is clueless to begin with. It’s getting bad here

The ISM program has sales associates coming in before the store opens and staying after the store closes to do recovery. We don’t get more hours to do this - the shifts now create less overlapping coverage during the day when we are open.
