Feeling stagnant is a good sign that it's time to quit. I don't find any room to grow here. You?

You don’t come to GA for growth. You come to GA for easy money.
Not necessarily the case. It's highly team dependent. I worked with a bunch of engineers working crazy amount of hours, even working weekends on some occasions, and were paid very little. They give the worst offers and they low ball everyone, so it's really "easy money".
