Biggest waste of time time I have ever known. Can anyone can tell me one product or process that has been helped by lean?. It’s a joke and when you have a workforce just going through the motion of lean then it has failed in its fundamental principle. Reduce waste, don’t create it!

It’s not just DQAP. It’s everywhere. The amount of time, resources and money that these so called Lean or CI experts have WASTED with little to no return is astronomical. Are we meeting delivery targets? No. Has efficiency increased? No. Has quality increased? No. We are not continuously improving, in fact we are not even standing still. We are going backwards.
