Stores are understaffed, the company very obviously has a problem with hiring because this is no longer an attractive workplace, and what does our leadership do?
They experiment and make decisions that make the remaining good employees go looking for other opportunities.
Isn't that strange?

The Magic of Macys. They will always find a way to save money before doing the right or smart thing. Saw it too many times when I was an employee and now as a vendor. Penny wise and pound foolish. Multi billion dollar company doesn’t seem like one.
