Favoritism

Do you think there is more favoritism here than at Lowes?

Look up favoritism in the dictionary and South Hills Village is part of the description.

I have no clue about the culture at Lowes. Most of retail though there is favoritism and definitely Macys including MTech. Former employee who can tell you certain Technicians Analysts and Managers were moved up faster than those who deserved it because Management liked them more. The AM I reported to liked people who were flashy and talked a good game than those who actually worked hard and maybe were less social, that’s a fact. Some people will disagree but I went through it and took years to get promoted despite really good reviews year in and year out.

Menlo Park is the most bias building I ever worked in. Recycling management back into the building at will. The weak employees stay weak and get all the credit. The strong employees ki-l them selves so the weak continue to be praised for doing nothing.

Why Lowes? Why do you think enough macys people have worked at one to answer this?

Then if you leave...do you deal with it or leave again?

I don't know about Lowe's, but here at Tiffany's - if you don't keep your keyster toned, including kuegel exercises, you'll never get anywhere.

There is favoritism everywhere. You either deal with it or leave.
