No senior members left in our team. We are slogging our as--s to keep up with the feature requests and customer issues and calls.
I badly wanna switch as the work is no more exciting and there isn't anyone left from whom I can learn or look up to for inspiration.
But i am hardly finding anytime to prepare. Do i just put my papers and see how it goes.
