Other companies that came forward Friday to say they would cover employee travel expenses for abortions include Warner Bros., Condé Nast, BuzzFeed, Vox Media, Goldman Sachs, Snap, Macy’s, Intuit and Di-k’s Sporting Goods. They joined a group including Starbucks, Tesla, Yelp, Airbnb, Netflix, Patagonia, DoorDash, JPMorgan Chase, Levi Strauss & Co., PayPal, OKCupid, Citigroup, Kroger, Google, Microsoft, Paramount, Nike, Chobani, Lyft and Reddit that had previously implemented similar policies.

Yet you as a employee run up and down a steps all by yourself for a 10 hr shift when everyone calls out. you then get complaints from "customer" from your trusty manager who sits in a air conditioned office and plays on their phone.

No their public image is all that counts, not their hard working employees. Sad that the leader is so callous.

Of course Macy's did this. Probably had people standing at the front door of their headquarters tapping their feet, waiting and expecting the announcement.

But would they cover the travel expenses for someone who had cancer and needed to travel to a center far from home that would provide the only life saving care available for that person's health situation. NOPE.
