Layoffs continue, there were more today. The four month severance was taken out of the culture deck at a convenient time like this. The culture also went bad recently, it was all about $$$ - now that $$$ is gone everyone is pissy and trying to bail. Everyone is realizing that we'll not retire here.
Anyhow, now they introduced levels and pay bands to do cost cutting and I was hanging around due to cash. This was a poor decision on my part, I should have jumped before while all good and healthy companies still had open hiring (now everyone has hiring freezes).
My stock options are c.r.a.p. now, honestly I've lost so much money it's not even funny.
