Novi team in MI for automotive ANC was all let go in Oct.
My team in california has reduced from 15 to around 7 now this year. Enormous pressure from the top management. So it's already happening. HR is not on your side. HR will sc--w you through performance plan, etc.
My husband works for Siemens Industry in the Chicago area and he thinks it's inevitable
