From what I’ve heard they regret the lay offs as it was a huge kick to an already low moral. I wouldn’t be surprised if they do it again.
nobody should be surprised by anything that happens. I am no longer at RJ but still have many contacts. Morale has never been lower. People are just going thru the motions to get a check. Sooner or later Paul, Bella, Vin and Andy will get what they deserve.
get ready the wheels are already in motion, just like two years ago.
Look for Paul to do something in September, just prior to end of fiscal year just like he did in 2020 after promising in multiple town halls that everyone was safe. Don't trust RJ senior management.
