Netflix just laid off another 300 people.

If you look at Netflix and how they have staffed over the years, they have about 50% of their staff doing nothing of any value. They could do much deeper cuts and have no impact of the customer experience. The Execs are busy protecting their empires and only doing token layoffs.

And yet they still have not laid off any Execs.
It seems there's no end to these cuts, only short reprieves.
