There was an all hands meeting today and we were told the Lemmon Ave plant in Dallas tx is closing officially as of 12/31/24. No questions were allowed to be asked. Most of us expect to be laid off long before that date.

I bet that Former Leadership Team in the Corner Office, V.S.M. And H.R. up to January 2022. Don't feel so almighty anymore. Since they all got the same ousting as the rest of us at 6000 Lemmon Ave.

And also the Informants. That Leadership and H.R. used out there. To oust people out of there in the early 2020's. For just cause. They too. Met the same fate. Along with some of that Leadership and H.R.
Alot of this Leadership and H.R. Was involved in running people out of there in the early 2020's. For just cause. And now. This leadership and H.R. pretty much met the same fate. An Eye for an Eye. A Tooth for a Tooth. What goes around. Comes around. Poetic Justice.
Since Lemmon Ave. Closing last year. I noticed that many people in leadership was not kept. Also H.R. left January 2022. These above were involved in alot of questionable business activities. The way they were handling employees.
Mckinney Model Shop. Watch you're backs. With the new day shift VSL.
Protective firewalls software started getting downloaded in about 1998. In those existing company computers. And continued advance computers automatically had those built in software. To be able to block out those illegal websites.
And their was alot of illegal activity being downloaded on those company computers. Illegal downloading of offensive materials. Because of the company comuters back then. Did not have those firewalls yet. To block out those illegal downloading of offensive materials. Many people at Lemmon ended up with 40 years, 45 years, and up to 53 years of employment there. That hired in in the late 1960's. Anhired in thru out the 1970s. They remembered those illegal activities in 1996/1997.
Back in 1996/1997. The company did not have those protective firewalls yet. To block out illegal activity on the company computers. A their was alot illegal downloading of offensive materials. That was going on out there at the old legacy former company. Before the 1997 summer sale. Below 2 listings are very accurate.
I worked at Lemmon Ave. for over 40 years. And below message actually happened in 1996/1997. Over 2 year period.
Just learned that the new day shift VSL At McKinney Model Shop. Was the one who did not get terminated. From years ago illegal company computer's usage. All they asked this individual to do was admit it. To keep his job. Since his father had influence out there years ago. While everyone else involved in that illegal company computer's usage. Had gotten terminated at Lemmon Ave. Total double standards.
October 5th, Thursday. Was Lemmon Ave. First Layoff. 80 plus people were let go. This Friday November 10th, Friday. Will be Second Layoff. 50 plus people will be let go. At Lemmon Ave. Then in December. Mckinney will have a layoff. To make room for the Lemmon Ave. Leaders to arrive in January ay Mckinney.
Just saw on social media facebook. That their will be a McKinney layoff in December. To make room availability for the Lemmon Ave Leaders coming to McKinney in January. And beware McKinney. These Lemmon Ave. Leaders has very low and poor people skills.
Watch you're backs McKinney. When these two face, back stabbing, double dealing leaders arrive from Lemmon Ave.
I just learned. That the sole individual who was not terminated. For unlawful use on the company computer many years ago. While all the others involved. Had gotten terminated. All this individual had to do by company officials. Was admit it. And this individual did admit it. And saved his job. This individual had influence there. Because of relatives in upper tier there. While the others involved did not get this opportunity. Now he is going to Mckinney. Unreal all of this is. Total double atandards.
Very sad all of this is. Because while all the working employees are being laid off. All of these chair warming, paper/pencil pushing, desk jockeys, gold bricks. Will all be going to Mckinney.
And yes. Ordinary people on the shop floors. Had gotten terminated there. For arguring, yelling, and harassing at other fellow employees on the shop floor. Also terminated for playing games on the shop floor. With company computers. Double standards it was. Because managers never got terminated for arguring, yelling, harassing. And also for playing solitary card games on the company computers their at their cubical offices.
Another alarming situation there. 2 managers from there cubical offices. Were always arguring and yelling at each other. On the shop floors. And at their cubical offices. It got so bad at times. That H.R. would get up and close her door. And one of those manager constantly harassed the secratary their. At the cubical offices. Sure they were all in meetings with the higher authorities there about these issues. But it just continued after those meetings. And we all knew this from other managers telling us. Also going out the revolving exit doors. You could always look in side glass door by revolving exit door. And see the managers in their cubical offices. Playing solitary card games on their computers. At their cubicals. Because their backs all faced the side glass door. But yet solitary card games and all other games were prohibited on the shop floors. With company computers. The same company computers that the managers had.
One thing I will never forget. When all the unvacinated employees were forced out December 20, 2021. Before the Holidays. After the C.E.O. said that. Those who don't vacinate. Consider that you're resignation. Then the vacinated employees learned in June 2022. That the Lemmon Ave. Plant would shut down. This C.E.O. will continue with his push. For more cutbacks and layoffs. This will continue in 2024 and beyond.
Renowned Leadership Expert John C. Maxwell said it best. Everything rises and falls on Leadership. After Thirty-Five Years of working in Leadership Roles. The hard reality of this truth is hard to ignore.
Mckinney. One thing you need to know. That CEO that came from the U. Tech. He has been aiming at cutbacks and layoffs since the merger. Even when they made Vaccinations mandatory. He said
Those who don't get vaccinated. Consider that you're resignation. This CEO will not take his foot off the gas pedal. Layoffs will continue in 2024 and beyond.
It is a total fact Lemmon Ave. Leadership Team Chair Warmers. That building shut down under you're watch. So when you arrive in Mckinney at the end of the year. Most likely you will be considered for the ongoing 2024 Mckinney layoffs there. Ho Ho Ho. Have a Merry Christmas Leadership Team. And a Not So Happy New Year. 2024 Layoffs will continue in Mckinney and beyond.

It is no secret. That all the overhead that they had at Lemmon Ave. Caused the drain on the Ratheon economy. From making profits out there.
